Our goal is to provide quality health care in a timely manner. No shows, late arrivals and cancellations inconvenience not only the clinic but other patients as well.

We understand cancellations are sometimes unavoidable, however it is regrettable that due to an increase in last minute cancellations we have had to introduce the following policy.

• Please call, text or email as soon as possible to cancel
• If you need to cancel please give us 24 hours notice so we can offer the appointment to other patients
• For cancellations within 24 hours we will require full payment ahead of any future bookings
